Friday marked the end of Cameron and William’s first week of first grade. I thought we would celebrate with a super yummy breakfast treat. So, I took our typical pancake recipe and added a twist. I doubled this recipe and made 35 pancakes. They freeze really well and it will save me some cleanup later.
